“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”
~ B.K.S. Iyengar

Yoga is a practice of the mind, body, and spirit. It is a path towards the union of the human spirit with the divine consciousness. It can align us with our true spiritual nature. Yoga has the power to change, heal, and transform us.

Yoga can lift us out of the darkness and deliver us into the light. It can liberate us from our fears, and reveal to us a new world of freedom and possibility. Yoga allows us to transcend the limits of the physical mind, to access higher levels of consciousness and awareness.

Yoga can free us from the chains of depression and pain, and transform us into the Phoenix rising from the ashes. It can energetically shift our lives forever and allow us to step into our true selves. Simply put, yoga can change everything.

Many of us who have chosen to walk the yogic path already know this. We know this because we have not only experienced our own powerful transformations, but we have also seen dramatic, and at times even miraculous, metamorphoses of the souls that walk beside us on this path.

The Yoga Diaries™ is dedicated to sharing these stories of healing and transformation through yoga: stories of physical healing, mental healing, and spiritual healing; stories of breath-taking alchemical soul transformations; stories from beautiful hearts and souls from all over the globe.

Please join us on this transformational journey and share your own story of healing with yoga.
